prism se#01: Instant Love Polaroid Issue

Instant Love is all around us!

We are happy to announce our first special issue of  prism Photography Magazine  dedicated entirely to instant photography phenomenon is now available online.

INSTANT LOVE is a result of collaborative effort of  prism  Magazine and MadArt Gallery deciding to merge their forces together with an exciting, yet very unpredictable, idea of creating an international exhibition of polaroid photography (MadArt Gallery, Dublin, Ireland 12/01-02/02/12) to be complemented by a special issue of the magazine.

The following publication features carefully selected works from over 30 instant photography users from all around the world. The project is officially supported by The Impossible - the number one manufacturer of brand new instant film for Vintage Polaroid cameras.

Polaroid, the long forgotten and abandoned, as we have mistakenly believed, orphan of a once very popular family has actually proven to be alive and well. Instant photography and its unlimited variations are still in bloom, keeping their devout users close and constantly attracting new generations of emerging artists by giving them something that other fields of photography can only dream about - a delicate touch of instant magic.

Polaroid has remained a true love to many. We also believe in INSTANT LOVE.

The following publication is our way of sharing this affection.
